My family loves a big plate of fried sweet potatoes with chorizo topped with a fried egg for breakfast! Nothing gets them out of bed in the morning faster than the smell of chorizo cooking ! This recipe is easy to make I am positive will not disappoint!
1 pound chicken, boneless and skinless, any cut will work, I prefer thighs, cubed
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chile powder
1/2 teaspoon of the following :
Crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– Use a Mortar or a Spice Grinder and combine all the spices.
– Add the garlic, spice mixture and chicken into food processor and begin pulsing… Add apple cider until well mixed.
– Refrigerate overnight for Flavors to marry!
– Freeze what you won’t use right away.
