Whole 9, Day 77

I feel like crap! I threw out my back on Monday and have been miserable! Zero work outs! Still loosing weight and still eating strict paleo (although I have incorporated some fruit) I have been packing hard boiled eggs, veggie juice, Lara bars and paleo sushi! I will not fall off the wagon! I have never felt so alive !

  1. Oh I feel ya girl. That stomach bug just about killed me last week. I didn’t go to the gym for a few days. I hope you feel better soon!

  2. Definitely packing and organising food is so important. Hope your back heals up quickly!
