Sweet Potato Hash

When I started my whole9 journey I hated sweet potatoes! I didn’t like the flavor or texture. Something flipped and now I love them! I make a huge pan of this hash in the beginning of the week and we munch on it for days! So easy and tasty you would be a full not to try it!

2 sweet potatoes, cubed small
1/2 onion, diced small
1/2 pound bacon, cut small
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste

– Throw everything in a skillet and cook until bacon is crispy and sweet potatoes are soft!

That’s it!
