So I read somewhere that it takes 28 days to form a habit??? Day 28 today! Woo Hoo … Had a good whole9 kind f day. Met a bunch of friends at Antigravity yoga… Giggled through most of it.. But still managed to get a good enough workout to be sore this morning! I had planned on making this a 60 day journey but that is no longer the case…. I will keep going and going because I feel like never before. Best of all I don’t feel deprived! These were yesterday’s meals…
