Whole9 Day 24

Still going strong… I have to be honest and say I did go to wine country and had 1 glass of red wine .  I did not over indulge and did not eat any junk… just 1 glass of red wine and I do no regret it!  I also decided to plan our paleo meals a bit better … Prep days are still going strong on Sundays.  This is what is on the menu for this week…

– PORK & HATCH CHILE EGG BAKE

– SQUASH & CARAMELIZED ONION PANCAKES

– GRILLED ADOBO CHICKEN

– KALE, SHAVED CARROT & CABBAGE SALAD

– ROASTED SWEET POTATO SALAD WITH GREEN ONIONS & BACON

– GROUND BEEF PALEO COOK UP

– CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE

– ROAST SPAGHETTI SQUASH

– SUNSHINE SAUCE (WELL FED RECIPE)

– PALEO SPICY TUNA SUSHI & VEGGIE ROLLS

– EGG FOO YONG

– LETTUCE CARNE ASADA STREET TACOS

– HEIRLOOM TOMATO SALSA FRESCA

– SWEET POTATO PANCAKES

– GARLIC & BROCCOLI FRITTATA

– BANANA PANCAKES (FOR THE KIDS)

– HOMEMADE ORANGE JUICE (FOR THE KIDS)

I know it seems like a lot of food but I have 2 girls who burn anywhere from 8000-10,000 calories a day at swim & water polo practice, a growing 9 year old son, and a fire fighter husband who is over 6 feet tall who works out.  Well… I read somewhere that it takes 28 days to form a habit… I feel there already.

Can’t wait to see some of these recipes. I love to follow your blog particularly with your change to Paleo. I started a Paleo life style March 1 and I feel great losing 10 lbs. and less inflammation in my body!!
